Foreign condo transfers rise 1.4% in Q2 after first-half slump

Foreign condominium transfers in Thailand rose 1.4% year-on-year to 3,292 units worth 14.8 billion baht in the second quarter of 2026, according to the Real Estate Information Centre (REIC).
